TIPS FOR AN ALLURING MAKEUP

 Try lining your waterline with white liner to make your eyes look bigger. Add dabs of dark liner between lashes in your upper lash line before applying your regular eyeliner and mascara to make your lashes look even more full.  Highlight the inner and/or outer corner of your eyes with a shimmery, light shadow for extra dimension. Use a dark shadow to create a thick, smokey line on your lower eyelids. This technique is very bold and not recommended for the faint of heart, or for any look! Use liquid eyeliner to create an extremely dramatic wing, or especially thick
eyeliner line, if you really want to be an Avante Garde.
